Dr. Ailin Yu received her Bachelor of Science and Doctor of Dental Surgery degrees from the University of Alberta. Before going to Edmonton for university, Dr. Ailin Yu was raised in Calgary. She is thrilled to be back home and has found a fantastic team at Destination Dental and Wellness.

Dr. Ailin Yu is dedicated to creating a comfortable and friendly environment while providing dental treatment for patients to the best of her abilities. She continues to learn about various aspects of dentistry by taking courses in her spare time to bring the most up-to-date information to her patients. Dr. Ailin Yu enjoys all aspects of general dentistry and welcomes patients of all age groups.

Giving back to the community is very important to Dr. Ailin Yu, and she does this through volunteer work. She has provided dental care in Peru and Northern Alberta, where access to dental care is limited. While in school, she has been a part of student-run initiatives like Shine Dentistry, Charity Ball, Sharing Smiles Day, and more. In her spare time, Dr. Ailin Yu enjoys hiking in the mountains, caring for her many plants, trying out new restaurants, and making memories with her family and friends.
